That's the iguazu falls... I've been there and didn't see this so it might me a fake... But i didn't find any pictured that prove so...

I can see this though as an American. I was once climbing up a big spiral staircase to a slide at a water park and 2 gigantic ladies were above me goin up, being all careless and I could FEEL the tower move and see the slide move when they moved. I feared for my life

It's just a joke they wouldn't actually have it there but I did laugh when I saw that.
