As a straight person who has occasionally been near some also straight sexy related times, there's oftentimes also a top and bottom simply from the fact that there are 2 people there.

I just know that for many people, for all of their entire lives up until we started making up new terms for everything, they had or currently have friendships that are on this level, and I think it kind of undermines those relationships by saying it's a lesser version. I've read a similar article to that one, and if you were wondering what it said to do in such a case, it is literally to lie down and scream it out because the pain is so immense, you probably won't be able to do anything else and if you try to stay standing, you'll probably fall over anyways and hurt yourself even more.
