I normally go for personality.
Looks are a plus, but looks don't care how I feel.

I can actually argue yes. My PC is powerful. But I will say that i am neutral about the new consoles considering that
1. You need them to play console exclusive games
2. They are pretty much affordable mid tier PCs, at a good price. You don't need to break bank to enjoy
