If you bought this you can go back to the store you brought it from with your receipt and explained that it was missed. Typically a store with remove it with no hassle.
If you lost your receipt they might still remove it so long as they haven't had any issues with thievery lately. But that's a bit more of a toss up and can certainly have hassle.
