Unlike fish who live of instinct, dolphins feel emotion and have a complicated brain much like our own, if not more intelligent cause dolphins wouldn't do something so fucked up.

I did skip ahead through maybe a quarter of the video so I may have missed it if he does explain, but if it's only a few dozen people who do this and doesn't represent the culture of Japan, why would have have been arrested if he tried to help?
