Did you know that "cookies" are used to identify who you are. So even if you create a fake account, Facebook will use previous cookies to see where you are and who are you familiar with. Which is why using incognito mode will show random people because it doesn't allow sites to use previous cookies and will delete new ones.

They have your ip so they know that your fake profile is in contact with your real profile.. Even without cookies etc.
