Um actually, no. That had NOTHIG to do with his mother taking away his Call of Duty game.

Why are you giving negatives to that comment? Call of Duty had nothing to do and I suppose this is a post of those parents who wants to ban the game

I got a .40 when I was 13.
Had my toys taken away and been grounded plenty of times. So far, I've shot 0 people.
This kid has serious issues, assuming the story is real and his lawyer wasn't trying to find something to blame.
