Awww there’s this sweet af cheese it’s so BITEY I had some imported cheese from Europe and it didn’t even STAND UP to this awesome cheese. It’s cheap too. Soft n creamy... everything you want in a cheese

Good choices, I’ll add Swiss, cheddar and mozzarella to that list. Oh and romano, Muenster, Colby/jack and sometimes Gouda.

halloumi cheese is my life. you can fry it and sear it in a pan and it won't melt.
