This happened to me at a DQ once where I ordered a chocolate milkshake and I got a blizzard. I wanted to redo my order, but I decided to just shut up and eat my ice cream

That's why I never go to Whataburger anymore

One time they didn't give me my food

I never make a big deal of it anyway. Like if I get fries instead of tots or they give me a different soda from what I asked for, it's not a big deal. Unless they just give me the wrong food or the food is undercooked or something.
