But anyway, I agree with the general statement. I think the most decent thing you can do if you're a leggings fan is to wear them with a dress/very long top. The only time I wear leggings is at home, cause they're really comfy. And even then I wear a long T-shirt over them.
In the case of leggings, common sense. In the case of anything else, you don't have to conform to anyone's beliefs but they have the right to express them.
