Real boobs generally are too thick to shine light through (in naturally large breasts), the skin and some tissue is all that is around an implant, and the implant is typically clear, so light easily passes through. But what's so bad about surgically enhanced boobs?
As a DD, and as someone who has watched a show where they test how thin the wall of the pocket of the breast implants with this test, I can somewhat verify my statement. If I'm wrong, then you may correct me
