Dude it's hard to explain it's just one day you'll be with your friends hanging out and you might want to grab a bite but Calum (who's really good at bantering) will be like "let's go to Nandos instead" and you'll think "alright let's do it"
From what I've heard, Nandos is a restaurant and to have a "cheeky" Nandos is to eat there when you really shouldn't, kind of like when you eat chocolate on a diet. I'm probably wrong though.
Yours makes a lot more sense but no it's not that. It's just something Brittish people say to each other tbh. Cheeky Nandos is the most popular way to use cheeky but sometimes we literally just see our friends and yell out 'Cheeeeeky'. We even use it ironically. There's whole levels to it.
