We'll there was that one astronaut that posted YouTube videos from outer space so close enough. (I don't know his name but if I find I will comment it here)

If you wanted wifi on the moon, the signal would have to go down to earth, be processed, and then go back up to the moon. By then, it would have faded and lost all strength therefore no 'wifi' like we use.

Why would one even want wifi on the moon? I don't know, I think they use some different signal.

I don't think it was exactly the moon, maybe a space station, again I'm not 100% on this.
