Because most feminist activists believe and fight for the ideal in the first picture, leaving the world to interpret their actions and positions in the way any reasonable person would.
What feminist organizations are you referring to? I cannot think of one that works toward achieving anything other than empowerment and equality- I would love to know which ones have given you a negative impression.
Went to a few high school honors convocations this year. There were a few college scholarships awarded by women's groups where the entry criteria included "must be a young woman who..." but there was no scholarship ever where there was a requirement to be a boy. Still can't figure out how these women's groups are fighting discrimination and intolerance with another kind of discrimination and intolerance.

It's called affirmative action. Without it, those scholarships are statistically far more likely to go to men. There is no need for the extra help. Affirmative action helps to provide balance. Hopefully we'll reach a point of equality one day so that it's no longer needed.
This isn't bashing feminism, it's saying how it should be. There are women out there who truly seek equality, but most "feminists" think that woman should be superior to men
Well people assume men think they are superior, but they probably don't think that. I mean I don't really know but it's necessarily the personality that defines superiority not the gender.
Exactly, and that is how it should be. When a person feels they are superior, they should be judged as an individual, just as you were describing how men are judged for personality and not gender. It should be that was for women too.
I wouldn't even call someone who was advocating for gender superiority of females a feminist, though, since it is the exact opposite of what feminism stands for.
I'm just gonna throw this out here but depending on the situation, each gender could be superior to the other. Heavy lifting? Most of the time men are stronger than women. Comforting a child? Most times women are better at that than men. Because men and women both have their strengths and weaknesses. That's what makes us equal
I have to disagree- I think it depends on the person. There are generalizations that can be made, sure- but it always comes down to the traits and skills of an individual. Also being more skilled in one area than another doesn't necessarily make you superior overall, it just means you"re skilled with that talent.
Individual men may not feel like they are superior to woman, but the cultural patriarchy tells men that they are. How many TV shows have boorish husbands who ruin everything and a housewife who takes it all goodheartedly? How many TV shows, movies, video games, books, feature a strapping male hero who must rescue the woman, and thus get her as a reward? Patriarchy tells young boys (myself included) that we must get a job that earns well, must marry, must take care of a wife a child, because that's our job. Young girls are indoctrinated with the Madonna/whore complex...be flirty, but not too flirty. Dress pretty, but not like a skank. An individual that thinks of themselves as superior is an asshole, but as a culture, men are seen as superior.
Hey genius, the part where their hands mix is a mixed shade of blue and pink. It does the same thing on the female side, just not as noticeable because it blends. Quit being stupid and actually use your eyes.
I think of women as a equal, but they are smarter. But, feminists bitch and complain and are extremely annoying. I wasn't born with a vagina, so I cannot have a child or have periods.
