Well about the " morality " between partners, it is illegal to cheat in some places if you're a family because you're home wrecking, not just involving you and a partner. So most of the time cheating is legal but yeah, agree with everything else you said.

If someone cheats on you and you destroy they're stuff you can be sued. I was talking about this one specific couple and didn't say anything about anyone else, but yes it doesn't matter what gender you are you have a case.
Imo if you destroy their stuff out of heartbreak you don't need to be with people for awhile since breaking stuff is your answer no matter who it is.

If you're petty what you do is ruin their reputation. You can't get sued most of the time and it lasts longer.

Lastly, in AMERICA we have freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Pepe is an ONLINE MEME, lots of people use it. Also, no president is perfect or makes everyone happy or does everything they say they're going to do. It's been three months out of at least four years, that's not a long time and things take time.
