avoiding anything wil cause weight loss because simply worrying about what you makes you eat better in almost all categories, carbs, calories, salt etc etc etc its why even stupid diets work to a degree

aspartame tastes so awful i don't understand why it became a thing. i don't like fake sweeteners for the simple fact it makes your body expect its getting real sugar while re-enforcing the whole craving for sugar to begin with, but that's part of why i tried to emphasize the notion of not really agreeing that diet is better.

uhhh i feel like it was pretty obvious i was referring to the notion of a dating couple creating their own kids, but still, most good men, in a relationship, take care of existing kids as if they were their own children as well, but as i feel was implied throughout my posts, both people ought to be doing things to care for all children. but good job trying to create an argument out of thin air? any household consisting of two adults and minors, it is up to the adults to everything in their power to care for the minors, no matter the parentage of any of the minors.

when i play this mental game i like to imagine different versions.. like oly your surface thoughts can be heard, so you COULD train yourself to hold the thoughts deeper, or the other end where everything crossing your mind could be instantly understood by a nearby person.

i get so tired of hearing about diet soda "not making it better" its just to make it less bad, no one thinks they are negating a burger by drinking a diet soda. without even opening the "is diet really even better" debate, its simply someone making a less bad choice. like washing down a whole pizza you meant to save half of for tmw with a glass of water.
