Oh, the horror!
This happened to my old acquaintance Tom once, but worse... Not only were his eyebrows clean off, his nose came off too! (Come to think of it, it ruined his complexion, too-- he's been pasty white ever since...) ;D
i think it makes the skin soft and also has a glue like thing going on, so soft skin, softened roots, top layer glued to the eyebrows.... plus eyebrows pull out rather easy to begin with
