technically not but for all practical purposes yes. I don't think we can declare war on al Qaeda or Isis because they're not nations. They're a political religious group.
Technically it is isn't it? It's a silent agreement not to do anything stupid to each other. Like make movies about assassinating each other's heads of state. And then making plans to mass-drop copies of the movie into massively populated areas.
My first period is Algebra, and my teacher holds us after at least a full minute every day, and my second period is theatre arts which is all the way across the school, so I'm almost always late to second period. Luckily my Theatre teacher is cool and cuts me a break.
Ugh I have a teacher that does this, but when I have jazz ban before school that literally end like a minute and a half from first bell he expects the band teacher to give every kid in it a not or something
I think the real problem is people noisily gathering things and running out the door when the teacher was in mid-sentence as the bell sounded. A few seconds of courtesy would go a long way.
