I agree, people accepting their bodies is great, and I think they can do what they want. But that does not mean I have to want or like fat. I am naturally thin, and I don't want to be fat but I still HAVE to respect other people. I don't agree with being fat, but I would not force my opinions onto others.
Some find skinny beautiful, some fat and some like the "in between". Wouldn't it be boring if we all liked the same body shapes? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
We did a test at my high school, I have 12% but I also have no muscle n-n When I lay down on my back, I look like I'm sucking air in and no matter how much I eat I can't gain weight.
...*sarcasm* I feel so bad for you....nah jk ;) but seriously wish I could eat whatever and put on nothing- I eat one square of chocolate and the body's like, "LOAD UP THE FAT BOYS IT'S A BIG'UN!"
I wasn't allowed to do a certain project for my high school class (involving wearing a fake pregnancy belly) because I weighed too little and it was a health problem. Instead, I had to do a 10 page report. Don't get me wrong, I like being able to eat, but nearly freezing to death when everyone else is fine isn't fun. I bruise super easy too, a lot of times I'll have multicolored bruises and not even know what they're from because I didn't get hurt badly enough that I /should/ have bruised, but I did anyway. I get dizzy spells a lot when I stand up too fast. I had to drop out of choir because I fainted on stage, since I was standing under the hot lights surrounded by people for so long, and a ton of people have assumed I'm anorexic (it's so freaking annoying, some people don't let it go). I've had multiple people give me double glances when I'm eating and go "wait, you eat?" My body looks kind of freaky, and my chest is super flat. I know it's not the worst thing in the world, but it's
He has a point. Breast size doesn't necessarily corrilate to age. An older woman could be completely flat while I see seventh graders with C cups...lucky bitches
You are not fat! *Gives you a BIG internet hug* Trust me, I was so bad with my body image thinking I was fat that I became suicidal and started self harming. I am in the healthy weight range but I still felt like 1000kg. I now know that I'm not and what to show off and what to hide. But please keep your chin up, your halo is falling. Xoxo ❤️❤️❤️
Judging from the pictures, I'd say the 20-22 is around peak fitness. Remember that lower fat percentage doesn't mean more muscle, it just means less fat. You could be seriously underweight.
Personally, anything over 35 is getting unattractive. And this post reminds me of another one about weight, the one where a man makes a point about everyone being able to lose weight (Unless you have some form of ailment that prevents weight loss), and it may be hard, but it is impossible for people to not be able to lose weight.

((Even though I'm like the 20-22%))
I mean, who doesn't love curves?
After that, it isn't attractive, or probably healthy.
Like, as a female, that is my body...
